Walking in Memphis... sort of

Here is Naomi with her Dadadadada at the Commissary in Memphis, TN on her Gramma Dot's 70th birthday. Although they are still a little young for barbecue, both girls had a great time. They played and sang the whole time.

Naomi, singing with her hairbrush...

Here is Eliza, sitting between Nana and Aunt Becky. Later that day, she took her very first solo step - just before hurling herself into Nan's arms. Naomi has been very close to walking for weeks. She can stand alone, dance, bend to the ground then get back up... but Eliza decided to actually take a step today. We are going to try for more steps from both babies tomorrow.

Eliza loves to sing too.

Eliza, laughing at her Grandad. He can always make them laugh out loud.

Naomi, wishing she could eat barbecue

Naomi, laughing at... guess who... Grandad

Erin, that is so exciting! I can't believe how big they are. They are beautiful! I can't imagine them being old enough to walk already but that's awesome!

I'm so jealous! I wish I was there to play with the babies! Love the new background by the way!
